A. For all of our work, we provide a 12-month warranty for all parts and labor. We always use manufacturer parts for GE, Kenmore, KitchenAid, LG, Frigidaire, Sub-Zero, Whirlpool, and other major appliance brands. These are better parts and less likely to give your problems in the future and by using these parts we preserve your manufacturer’s warranty. If there is ever a problem after our repairman has left, always call us immediately.
Q. WILL THE TECHNICIAN REPAIR MY APPLIANCE ON HIS FIRST VISIT?
A. Our goal is always to fix appliances on a single service call. Therefore, we stock our vans with common manufacturer parts and the tools we will need. Over the years we figure we have been about 95% successful in accomplishing repairs on a single visit. When we do need to come back for a second service call there is never a second service fee!
Q. WHAT IS THE TIMEFRAME FOR SAME-DAY APPOINTMENTS?
A. Our appointments are set up as a 2-3 hour window during which our technician will arrive at your home. We appreciate the value of your time and always strive to arrive on time and do our repairs efficiently and promptly. We use the “window” method so that our technicians can complete the job they are on even when it is more time-consuming than normal. Our repairman will always call you ten to fifteen minutes prior to their arrival at your home.
